MnM Removals

Initially I was concerned that MnM Removals didn't have many reviews online and not much information was available for them. I took a risk since their prices were so much affordable than another big named company.
They moved all our furniture from an awkward first floor apartment, travelled 200 miles away to an awkward 3 bed old house in a small village and unloaded everything by 2pm (started at 9am). The quote we received from the other company wanted to do it over 2 days! They were very fast, friendly and I would definitely recommend then to anyone who is unsure about who to hire for their removals.
I'm not sure why the other reviewer had a hard time. It is your own responsibility to wrap your items sufficiently so they don't get damaged during the move. The guys were very friendly and approachable so you could micromanage them with certain items if you wished.

Price paid was competitive as benchmarked with another leading and local removal company, but service and after care was poor. The vans were suppoed to arrive before 8am to move from a 6 bed 3 storey house, moving to a 5 bed house 15 miles away and a second collection of furniture to go to an auction showroom. The 2 unmarked vans did not turn up until after 12.15, apparently one of the vans had broken down and a replacement had to be sourced from Nottingham. This put the whole schedule back, meant that we were in breach of contract to give vacant possession to our buyers and furniture and beds at delivery were left dismantled. One of the team complained he would be late to work that evening in an Indian Takeaway. No surprise really as the crew, whilst pleasant enough, did not seem to possess the necessary skills to dismantle and put back together furniture, which became damaged in the process. The furniture that was to go to auction could not be delivered before closing so we asked this company to store it for us until whn they would take delivery and they wanted us to pay the full cost of storage, would not even entertain sharing the cost. We retained only £100 against their charges and requested 3 times they send us their complaints procedure. This was met with empty promises to send this (7 weeks have passed) and intimidating threats to come to our home to collect the money and add £40 to our bill for the privilege. It was only when we threatened to call the police did this harrassment stop.

The van arrived 2 hours late. It was dirty inside and there were no ropes or covers to secure and protect the goods in transit. MNM's website claims they are fully insured but despite submitting photographs and descriptions of damaged goods no response was received from MNM. Having followed this up over 5 weeks and receiving a verbal promise that the matter was being dealt with, there is still no response. From their website MNM appear not to be part of a trade organisation where my complaint could be followed up so I would advise avoiding this company.

We booked MnM removals in advance, and phoned the day before to reconfirm our booking. They were due to arrive at 9:30 and failed to show. I phoned the mobile number and 0800 line to try to find out if they were still coming but neither phones were answered. My husband also tried - they initially answered and said they had van problems but would be there in 20 mins. Once they then knew his number, they stopped answering his calls and still failed to show after the 20mins promised.

I left three voicemails for them asking that they simply confirm if they are not coming so we can try to make other arrangements - we had no response.

Absolutely horrific service and I would strongly recommend that MnM removals are NOT used!!

Great job!! safely moved 200 miles from Leicester to Swansea. Efficient ,prompt and helpful Thanks Mas and Mario . The guys were good at placing furniture and negotiating tight corners. I was worried that they would not be on time but all was well. Would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes difficult to get hold of the office but on route the guys kept in touch so I knew where they were.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful and I would certainly use them again as their costs were very reasonable.

I am very pleased with the service they provided. When I was looking for a removal company, I collected 5 quotes from different removal companies, Bells and Sons, GB Liners, Britannia Bradshaw, Henry and Sons, and MNM removals. Among them, 3 of 5 companies wanted to have 180-280 gbp more for a removal job from 1 bedroom house, 3 miles distance, self-packing. Even after I completed additional surveys those companies gave me that high price. MNM removals had good reviews and asked for a reasonable price, so I chose them. Also they were the only ones who told me straightaway what vehicle and manpower they will provide - just what I needed
On the date of the removal they came on time, were careful with our boxes and furniture and when moving inside the properties (nothing damaged); communicated clearly and friendly; provided additional wrapping where necessary; brought the items to rooms they were told to. The whole removal was completed in 1-1.5 hours by two men. I would call them for another removal if I need to.

Very happy I needed to move home and came across this company the booking was fast and professional and saved me loads of time searching the net every thing was sorted on the day of removal theses guys turned up on time they was very polite and helpful I had no issues with this company what so ever was soon in my new home all items was put into the right rooms without any hassle and no breakages would definatly recommend mnm to anybody as they are very fast and efficient and there rates are affordable compared to other removal companies.

Moving from a 3 bed semi to a 2 bed bungalow was never going to be easy; it took weeks of packing boxes and decluttering. On the day the house was swiftly emptied; the guys were very friendly, courteous and respectful to all belongings. They carefully calculated what was in the house and the best way to load the van and 30 years of stuff inside and outside was transported to my new home in 2 trips. Nothing was damaged and furniture was carefully placed in the desired room. They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do; gratefully MnM took the stress out of my move. Thank you!

Worst removal company ever. I have moved several times in the past few years and this has to be the worst. Van arrived late, removal men (one in particular) very rude when asked why they were late. Then went on to go on the phone outside and hurl abuse at some poor person on the other end. Thought this was bad enough, however it got worse when 3 items were damaged and 4 items dissappeared!! When asked about it the team leader (who was in the phone previously) then began to hurl abuse at me and demanded extra money as they had ran over time. I have reported them to trading standards and suggest anyone with similar issues do the same. Lost items never returned (Inc late wife's ring) damaged items never replaced.

MnM removals were recommended to me by a friend who was really happy with the service her family received. I was very pleased at how efficiently the company dealt with my move. I was directed to Phil the move co-ordinator whom was friendly and polite, he gave advise on how to prepare for their arrival, which was really helpful. On the day of my move the 3 removal men were really hard working and I was impressed by the care taken, very professional and obviously experienced. Would definitely recommend MnM to anyone.

We used MNM to move house in Leicester. Mass (the owner) was very accommodating and flexible after our initial move date fell through. They didn't require any up front payment or deposit which most of the other companies we looked at did, this meant we didn't incur any additional cost when our original date got cancelled. Mass and his team were very friendly and easy going but worked quickly and efficiently to get us into our new house. I'd happily use MNM Removals again.

After having my piano removal booked I'm for 5 weeks, Mass called me an hour before the removal time (10.30am) to say they weren't able to make it until 2pm because of an emergency.

As disappointed as I was I did as much as I could to arrange my plans to fit that time as I really didn't want to rearrange to a later date. However when I called back he clearly thought I was a different customer and said "We are on our way to you now just running late".. then having realised it was me, he corrected the time back to 2pm.

Clearly my job was not as important as another and on the day had been bumped down the list, emergency or otherwise. I was so upset by this my trust in them had gone and I have cancelled the job entirely.

I recently used mnm removals for a full house removal from my 2 bed house in Nottingham to a bigger 3 bed house in Derbyshire. The guys were on time and very helpful from start to finish, even helping us to dismantle a few things we hadn't managed to do before they arrived. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition and the guys were really careful when placing things into our new house. Nothing was too much trouble and I'd like to thank the whole team for all of their help and support during our move.

I have used mnm removals on many occasions over the last 12 years, as I have to move around a lot for work. I most recently used them last month. I have always found them very accomodattin and have built up a good relationship with the owners and staff. I am so confident with the team that I no longer attend my moves, just let them in and leave them to it. They are always fairly priced and communicating with them is easy. I would highly recommend mnm removals to anyone planning a move.

We moved from a 6 bedroom home and called MnM Removals to assist.

From the start they communicated very well and I found the advisor very helpful. They provided us a home survey that was booked pretty quickly. The price for my move was not the cheapest but I chose MnM Removals as I found that this company showed care for my situation and needs compared to the others. On the day 1 I had a friendly team of 4 packers that were all paked and loaded by 2pm. If moving home id definitely recommended you to call MnM Removals.

Mass and his team moved all my house and garden contents from Loughborough to Markfield in 2 lorries and they were all brilliant. I couldn't have asked for a better team to have helped me today. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was kind and courteous. Moving house is always a very stressful time but these chaps made the day a lot more bearable. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending MnM Removals. They really were the cavalry and I can't thank them enough.

A professional and fantastic company. We had a move fall through 2days before we were due to move and MnM (mass) was so understanding and did everything to accomodate us months later without any extra charges.

Mass the main man is cool as a cucumber, he has a relaxed and pleasant attitude. He exudes calmness which automatically puts you at ease, stops the panic of the move.

His team are professional, diligent. Never did they make us feel like we had too much stuff or something was too difficult.

They worked with the skill of expert chess players thinking 4 moves ahead and made short work of removing 8yrs of content from our 4 bed house within a few hours!!

They treated our things with the utmost respect, and worked like athletes finely honing every inch of musculature to easily move very very very heavy items, eager to help each other and get the job done efficiently and carefully. These lads dont suffer lack of exercise from covid gym closure syndrome.

The lads even spared moments to tell us not to stress about the house move with constant smiles, they politely asked questions about our possesions and if they needed to go.

All floors and carpetted areas were covered to avoid mess, mattress covers provided, and fragiles were carefully covered before loading.

Everything was unpacked as skillfully as it was packed. Me and the missus felt like spare wheels for the first time ever after the 4weeks it took us to pack.

We even had 2 single beds as complex as a 200 piece lego set without instructions dismantled and reassembled.

Moving and everything that comes with it.is stressful, but the hardest part the move itself was made easy by Mass and his team.
